What happens when you infuse tea with nitrogen?

Simply Put: Infusing nitrogen into beverages simply adds another dimension to the flavor, mouthfeel and visual appeal of the beverage. 

What that really means: Often times people find themselves adding milk and sugar to their tea, similar to coffee and cold brew. By effectively infusing tea with nitrogen, the beverage is perceived as creamier and less bitter with a velvety mouthfeel. The beverage also cascades in a beautiful color, while building a soft head of microfoam.
