Citric acid is one of the most effective agents for breaking down Cold Brew Coffee proteins and flushing draft line components. We recommend that every 2 weeks you follow these steps to use this all-natural and safe cleaner.

Cleaner Steps:

Step 1 – In a keg, dilute 4 ounces of Citrus Draft Line Cleaner with 1-gallon warm water
Step 2 – Run through the draft system until the faucet runs clear, close the faucet
Step 3 – Let the system sit for 15-30 minutes to allow the cleaner to break down deposits
Step 4 – Flush remaining solution through the draft system
Step 5 – Run 1 gallon of clean, warm water through the draft system to thoroughly flush
