The recipe we have below falls under the “Downer” category. This Moscow Mule-inspired mocktail has uses Maya Tea Co’s Relaxing Mint Herbal, which is described as “a soothing blend of chamomile, refreshing peppermint, and floral lavender. This infusion is a calming tea, perfect for tranquility and healing.” The iced tea is then mixed with Torani Ginger Lemongrass Syrup and ran through our Nitro Infuser to create a refreshing yet soothing drink perfect for those after-coffee hours.

Ingredients
3 oz Maya Tea Co’s Relaxing Mint Herbal Tea
64 oz Boiling Water
3.5 Gal Chilled Water
25 oz Torani Ginger Lemongrass Syrup
Directions
Relaxing Mint Tea - Load 3oz of Relaxing Mint Tea into a filter bag or basket (we recommend Alto Cold Brewfilters) and drop it into a 5 gal., heat-safe container. Pour 64oz of boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 1-2 minutes. With the tea still inside the container, add 3.5 gallons of chilled water and move to a refrigerated space for 16-18 hours. Add Torani Ginger Lemongrass Syrup and stir until combined. Pour the mixture into a 5 gallon keg and cool. Connect keg to Nitro Infuser, adjust infusion level as desired, and dispense into a Tom Collins glass. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon twist.
